We promise you two things.

1. We will not substitute a product of lesser value.

2. We will not surprise you with any additional fees when we hand you your bill.

 

Accept no Substitutions

We have great relationships with all of our suppliers. If we've quoted you on a specific shirt or jacket, we know we can fill your order. There are those rare times when our suppliers don't have enough products available. Many in our industry will simply get something similar from a different supplier, and it's usually a product of lesser value. The problem is, your price usually stays the same.

We promise never to substitute a product of lesser value. If, for whatever reason, we can't get what you want, we'll contact you directly and tell you what we can get for you. We will never over-charge you on an order.

Surprises when you get your Invoice aren't Fun

When you get a quote from TMS, you see everything. We include our design fees, set-up charges, any additional fees attached to your order and even your taxes. Unless there have been significant changes to your order, your quote and invoice should look the same. If you've changed your order, we will let you know what those changes will cost, or where they'll save you money.

We encourage you to get prices from other companies. Look closely at their quotes. We want you to be sure you're comparing Apples to Apples. Do they include ALL of the fees normally attributed to ordering an embroidered hat or screen-printed bag?

Honesty is the Best Policy

At TMS, we believe in honesty and integrity. We treat all of our customers the way we'd like to be treated. Since we don't like to pay more than we have to for anything, and we hate when we're surprised by an invoice, we promise we won't do that to you. That's our guarantee.

 

Quality First

If you want to create the best quality products then you need to use only the best quality ingredients. TMS Promotional Wear uses only top quality imported German embroidery thread. Our thread is strong with a very high sheen desired in today’s embroidery. It is also colour fast so it will stay looking beautiful for many years. We never skimp on backing or any other product that us used to create our embroidery or printing.

Trained professionals with over 17 years of experience not students or amateurs run our Machines.

Don’t let price fool you, all embroidery is not created equal.
