 In the beginning...- Jim Bartlett, Al Currie and Jim's son-in-law Jeff Ferrugia opened the doors to The Monogram Shoppe in 1985 with a single machine, in Mississauga, Ontario. Dan Burke joined the trio in 1989 at the age of 19, and before long, a new partnership was formed.

- The big move
- The business was relocated to Lagoon City, just outside of Orillia. The Monogram Shop flourished, and by 1995 it was time to add more equipment and to update the computer systems.

- A big loss
- Everything changed when Jim Bartlett's diabetes threatened his life, and eventually took him from us by April 10th, 1998. Jim wanted us to keep going, so that year, the Monogram Shop became TMS Embroidery - short for The Monogram Shop. Ron Trindorfer joined the team as a sales rep, but his skills as an artist and computer consultant have proven just as valuable.

- Our new name
- Now, in 2006, we've changed again. We're now proud to be TMS Promotional Wear and Products. We needed to make it clear that you can't get embroidery needles, thread and embroidery supplies at TMS.
